We go to great lengths to make sure our products are protected during transit and only use large trusted carriers to deliver to our customers.

 

Australia wide and New Zealand shipping charges are a flat $10 per order.

We also ship overseas to the UK, USA and Canada. Shipping costs are varied.

If you live outside of these countries and are interested in our products, please contact us to enquire about whether we can ship to you, most of the time we can without any fuss.

 

 

Orders are shipped all business days during the year except public holidays, and are usually received 4-5 business days after the order is placed.

We use Fastway and Australia Post for shipping our orders. Both companies will attempt delivery to your nominated address and if nobody is home to receive the order, will leave a calling card with instructions on how to arrange re delivery or if you prefer pickup from your local post office or depot.

We will email tracking information to each customer when their order is dispatched, please note that it can take 1-2 business days to be scanned initially.

Customers must contact us within 5 business days of receiving a damaged product, we then ask that pictures of the damaged product be sent to us to aid the investigation. We will then organise the return shipment of the damaged product and a replacement shipped back to the customer or a full refund to the customer, which path we take will be at Moochi Boo's discretion.
